Zes stellen krijgen bericht dat ze een cruise naar het Caribisch gebied hebben gewonnen. Als ze eenmaal onderweg zijn, blijkt dat de koppels systematisch worden uitgemoord op het cruiseschip en dat er een dodelijk spelletje met hen wordt gespeeld. Het is aan scheepsdokter Burke om uit te zoeken wat de connectie is tussen de koppels, voordat er nog meer slachtoffers vallen.
