Een student breekt, zonder het zelf te weten, in in de centrale computer van het Amerikaanse leger. Daar denkt hij spelletjes te spelen tegen de computer. Maar deze spelletjes zouden weleens het begin kunnen zijn van de Derde Wereldoorlog.
