Nia Moore is een plaatselijke makelaar die Julian helpt het ideale pand te vinden om uit te breiden voor zijn luxe projectontwikkelingsbedrijf. Julian laat zijn oog vallen op Nia's familieherberg die wordt beheerd door haar vader. Deze laatste wil het etablissement verkopen en met pensioen gaan. Julians bedrijf besluit het eigendom te willen, maar wenst de herberg te veranderen. Nia gaat op zoek naar andere opties en hoopt de familieherberg te redden.
