Nia Moore is een succesvolle makelaar in een kleine stad die een resort probeert te verkopen aan haar cliënt, Julian. Tot grote ontsteltenis van Nia is het enige resort dat Julian wil kopen eigendom van haar vader, weduwnaar, Patrick. Patrick is klaar om met pensioen te gaan, maar Nia wil het pand en de familieherinneringen die het herbergt behouden.
