Op een avond raakt James betrokken in een auto-ongeval met Dr. Helen Remington, waarbij haar echtgenoot overlijdt. De twee ontdekken dat ze allebei seksueel opgewonden raakten van de crash, en sluiten zich al snel aan bij een groep auto-fetisjisten. De leider van de groep, Vaughan, betrekt Helen en James bij zijn imitaties van beroemde auto-ongelukken.
