FBI-agente Harper Winslow heeft dit jaar weinig tijd om Kerstmis te vieren. Ze poogt al een tijdje een voortvluchtige kunstdief op te sporen en deze heeft opnieuw toegeslagen. Harper is echter vastbesloten om hem voor het gerecht te slepen. Ze krijgt de opdracht om samen te werken met Carly Lopez, een vrouwelijke rechercheur. De hoofdverdachte blijkt al snel een aantrekkelijke man te zijn die zich soms verkleedt als de kerstman.
