Gedurende de winterperiode wordt een zeventienjarige leerling gevolgd. Hij worstelt met thema's als de dood, het (stads)leven en onthechting. De jongeman besluit een leven te leiden waarin hij niet meer in zijn eigen leugens gelooft.
