Op weg naar Daytona Beach krijgt Kimberly plots een visioen van een groot ongeluk dat zal gebeuren op de autosnelweg waarin zij met haar vrienden zal sterven. Ze stopt onmiddellijk de wagen. Enkele ogenblikken later verliest een vrachtwagen zijn lading waardoor er een enorme kettingbotsing ontstaat.
