Twee vrouwen vluchten naar de woestijn van New Mexico om te ontsnappen aan de klauwen van een verraderlijke sekte. Verteerd door angst en paranoia, kunnen ze zich niet ontdoen van het gevoel dat ze worden gevolgd door de leider, een man die even verleidelijk als controlerend is. Terwijl hun voorraden slinken en hun zintuigen het beginnen te begeven, worden ze geconfronteerd met een afschuwelijke vraag: hoe vlucht je voor een vijand die in je hoofd leeft?
