Deze spoof van Top Gun gaat over Topper Harley die na een vliegtuigongeluk aan zijn capaciteiten gaan twijfelen en bij een groep indianen gaat wonen. Hij wordt toch weer overgehaald om te gaan vliegen, omdat hij een fabriek van Saddam Hussein moet gaan bombarderen. Ondertussen moet hij met een andere top piloot vechten om de liefde van Ramada Thompson.
Nee, helaas is Hot Shots! nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
