Happy Gilmore heeft een droom om ijshockeyspeler te worden. Het grote probleem is echter dat hij niet kan schaatsen, en veldhockey is te soft voor hem. Dan blijkt dat zijn oma geen belasting heeft betaald en haar huis wordt afgepakt. Happy belooft het geld te verzamelen om het huis terug te kopen. Als hij op een golfclub komt realiseert hij zich dat hij zijn harde slagen ook kan gebruiken bij deze sport, ook al is hij duidelijk niet de persoon om in een dure club te komen.
Nee, helaas is Happy Gilmore nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
