Frank Cross runt een Amerikaans tv-station, dat van plan is om Dickens' A Christmas Carol te verfilmen. Franks jeugd was niet bepaald plezierig, en dus kan hij de kerstspirit niet echt waarderen. Met de hulp van de geesten van de kerst in het verleden, het heden en de toekomst, realiseert Frank dat hij zal moeten veranderen.
Nee, helaas is Scrooged nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
