Jack Frost is een zanger die vaak van huis is. Hierdoor kan hij niet veel tijd besteden aan zijn zoontje Charlie, ondanks dat ze veel van elkaar houden. Wanneer Jack overlijdt in een auto-ongeluk, verandert Charlie in een treurige jongen, totdat Jack terugkeert als sneeuwman.
