Ryan ontvangt een oproep van een vrouw in paniek op zijn mobiele telefoon. De voor hem onbekende vrouw Jessica Martin is ontvoerd. Ze heeft totaal geen idee waar ze is en ze is ervan overtuigd, dat ze niet lang meer te leven heeft. Na zijn eerste twijfel is Ryan overtuigd van de ernst van de situatie. Hij moet helpen, hij heeft geen moment te verliezen; elke seconde telt! Ryan kan alleen maar hopen dat zijn telefoon, die bijna leeg is, hem niet in de steek laat, want wie redt Jessica als de enige lijn met de buitenwereld verbroken wordt?
