Hij scheept al jaren zijn moeder telefonisch af, omdat het met haar in huis een ramp zou zijn. Ze zou op gaan ruimen en regelmaat en babyfoto's in zijn leven brengen en dat kan hij niet gebruiken, hij is namelijk een politieman. Dit jaar komt ze echter zonder aankondiging, en hij hoopt maar dat het tijdelijk is.
