Plot

'The Covenant' vertelt het verhaal van 'The Sons of Ipswich', vier jonge studenten op de eliteschool de Spencer Academy,die verbonden zijn door hun geheime afkomst. Als nakomelingen van de oorspronkelijke families die zich in de jaren 1600 vestigden in de kolonie Ipswich, zijn zij allemaal geboren met een speciale gave. Wanneer het dode lichaam van een student gevonden wordt na een schoolfeestje, beginnen de mysteries zich te ontrafelen en dreigt het geheim dat hun families honderden jaren beschermd heeft, bekend te raken.
