Het verhaal draait om derdejaars middelbare scholier Jiro Yakuin, die wordt opgezadeld met zijn klasgenoot Akari Watanabe voor het 'huwelijkstraining'-project van de klas, over oefenen om een getrouwd stel te zijn. Jiro is het tegenovergestelde van Akari, maar de twee weten dat als ze het goed doen, ze van partner kunnen wisselen om hun respectievelijke verliefdheden te krijgen, en dus dwingen ze zichzelf om zich als het perfecte getrouwde stel te gedragen.
