Haruka Asahina is een tiener op de middelbare school die racet in de Formule 4. Hij kruist het pad met een aangespoelde fotograaf, Kōya Madoka, die besluit Haruka te helpen zijn droom te verwezenlijken en het podium te bereiken. Het is druk en de concurrentie is hevig. Racen voor het door een familie gerunde Komaki Motors-team betekent dat Haruka de auto, en zichzelf, tot het uiterste moet drijven om de aandacht van topteams te trekken. Zet je schrap, het is tijd om te racen!
