Wanneer zijn beveiligingsbedrijf wordt aangevallen, moeten Tony en Ziva op de vlucht door Europa gaan, proberen erachter te komen wie achter hen aan zit en misschien zelfs leren elkaar weer te vertrouwen, zodat ze eindelijk hun onconventionele nog lang en gelukkig kunnen hebben.
